Our Mission
Furnish With Care is a not-for-profit organization based in Lee County Florida. Our goal is to provide interior design, furnishings and installation to create a welcoming, nurturing home for individuals and families in financial need.
We believe in the transformative power of design. A safe, dignified and well-designed interior space can help provide a foundation for economically disadvantaged people to live a fulfilling life. We serve a broad spectrum of populations, including children, individuals, families and seniors. A stable home promotes stronger communities, where individuals can come together and thrive.

who we are
The Founder
Elizabeth Piersol is an Interior Designer and owner of Piersol Design Inc. with over 15 years of experience in the Design/Build Industry. Early in her design career she guided a project to assist a woman with a disability move into her first independent living apartment, and witnessed first hand how a well-designed and cohesive living space can transform a person and a family’s life. Inspired, Elizabeth turned her attention to the low-income housing crisis and innovative options to address the needs. Combining her expertise in Interior Design with her passion for advocacy for equality and access for all, she earned a Master’s Certificate in Non-profit Management from The George Washington University in 2015.
